For each time I prepare meals in the Ready For Dinner Kitchen or order meals from Ready For Dinner I agree to the following:

When I prepare my meals at the Ready For Dinner Kitchen, I will follow all sanitation instructions.

I know that I should transport my meals in a cooling device and that they need to be put in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after leaving the Ready For Dinner Kitchen. Unless my meals are delivered to me by Ready For Dinner, I assume full responsibility for the transportation of my meals.

I understand that my refrigerator should be at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and that my freezer should be at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I will store my meals in my refrigerator for no more than 3 days. I assume full responsibility for the proper storage of my meals.

When cooking my meals, I will follow the provided cooking instructions and will cook them to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

I understand that certain food products may cause allergic reactions. I will make sure before serving my meals that none of the persons eating it is allergic to any of the ingredients in the meal.

Photographs can be taken of me and used for promotional materials while I prepare my meals at the Ready For Dinner Kitchen or participate in a Ready for Dinner event. My written or verbal testimonials may be used for promotional materials.

The nutritional values are created by Cook'n Collection, third party software.

I understand that my registration allows Ready for Dinner to properly order fresh ingredients and the cancellation policy will be enforced.

I release Ready for Dinner, LLC, its members and managers from all liabilities, claims, damages and causes of action which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage, cooking, handling and consumption of Ready for Dinner meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Ready for Dinner.

Ready for Dinner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
